For proper care of your Rooftop tent.
Due to the rise of condensation inside the Rooftop tent, it should be opened once a week to air inside, therefore reducing moisture buildup.
Maintenance should also include checking all nuts and bolts plus anything that penetrates the Rooftop tent shell.
WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS
The warranty is restricted to materials and manufacturing defects.
It does not cover abuse, wear and tear, condensation, mold, water stains, or extreme weather damage.
YOUR CONSUMER RIGHTS
The guarantees cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and failure does not amount to a major failure.

To make a claim in relation to the manufacturer’s warranty, contact rod@forest1000.com stating the nature of your claim. Product subject to warranty will need to be sent to Forest workshop, Melbourne. All freight costs associated with return of product for assessment is payable by consumer.
REFURBISHED PRODUCTS
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.
